We are NOT an employer and do NOT guarantee agency representation, auditions, bookings, or earnings. Outcomes depend on individual effort, materials, and third-party decisions.

B. Enrollment & Capacity
All inquiries, enrollments, and bookings are subject to review and approval. Capacity is limited and may be prioritized by readiness, fit, and availability.

C. Scheduling, Delivery & Format
Service delivery may occur in person or virtually. Dates, times, venues, instructors/coaches, participating agencies/scouts, and curricula are subject to change; we may reschedule or adjust formats when necessary. Rescheduling does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

14. No Warranties
